Training Centres and Their Affiliations

The Parishad has grown into a mighty institution. It has earned such a unique popularity that by now it has been able to have 1100 full-fledged Academies of music and Dance affiliated to it throughout the length and breadth of the country including a few abroad which are serving to regular ramifications for the conduct of examinations held by it every year. Affiliation is granted to the Academies after proper assessment of their merits and they are required to observe the rules and regulations prescribed for the purpose. The number of such affiliated centres is increasing year by year and it is believed that the number will increase tremendously within five years making it possible to have a complete network of such centres in almost every nook & corner of the country for the propagation and development of art education. There are about 50000 students on roll with these affiliated Academies which are busy imparting training in music and dance and preparing students to the various grades of examinations conducted by the Parishad every year. The quantity and reliability of these examinations are attracting new Academies in large number every year to seek affiliation.
